You would have to be carrying a hella lot of muscle to be 190lbs and not look overweight. Your trainer sounds clueless. A good weight would be 130 - 140lbs. It's worrying how you say you don't look fat when you're 250lbs. You're nearly morbidly obese with a BMI of 39.2. Sort yourself out!
