Why is my friend better then me at EVERYTHING!....HELP!?

my friend is always trying to be better then me at everything!!! she always comes just before me in competitions, whenever i flirt with a boy and its going well she swoops in and overtakes. we recently went on a school trip to another counntry and she kept flirting with these boys, wearing really low tops and short skirts and flirting like crazy, jumping on them in the sand, taking her TOP off!!! she always does nicer makeup and trys to dress better, its annoying cos everyone always says how pretty i am but then the boys give her more attention, help. should i do nicer makeup and hair---if so ideas or tutorials?--- but then again i wish she wasnt such a slut?!?!!??! i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
