Recruiter says that the Army is weak?

That recruiter is a weak person who is afraid that he won't be able to do his job (convince people to join the Marines) in an ethical manner so he is resorting to name calling. Don't expect this to be the case for all Marines. Marines are typically just as honorable as Soldiers and Soldiers are just as high speed as Marines. Sadly, you just came across a real dirt bag who happens to wear the uniform of the Marine Corps.
