Can I put Radeon Hd3650 AGP in my computer?

Hello I wanted to know if the Hd 3650 would fit into my computer. Im not sure wht the AGP slot is on my computer. Im Running a Dell Dimension 4550 with a radeon 9500 Pro. that card is a 4X but can I put that 8X into my computer?
