Paranoia, Suspicion am i Ruining Myself?
Its normal to have sad and depressing feelings. But you cant let them take over your life. You have to learn to trust poeple. What im seeing now is that you may have been hurt before and that is why you look into everything deeply. But that hurt youexperienced before is gone. You have to let go of things that happened in the past. Honestly, gettin g over the self-guilt, the hurt and the depression takes time. And you cant be expected to do it alone. You can seek counseling or therapy. Just one on one sessions with someone who can help you get to the core of these feelings and help you to overcome them. But dont go through this alone. If you feel as though you may have over-reacted to someone then simply apologize. But I believe its deeper than that. With some good counseling you'll be ok. Dont worry.
