It's time to let him go. If a man "doesn't know if he loves you" after two years, he never will. I'm sorry to say that, it sounds like you love him, but if you take the advice of someone who made the mistake of NOT letting him go, and then spending 5 years in a relationship that got consistantly worse and ended terribly, you'll cut bait now.
