How are we destroying the ozone layer?

Chloro flouro carbons (CFC's) which are usually in sprays like hair spray, spray paint, etc...chemical breaks up ozone and causes more UVA/UVB light to reach the earth's surface and cause ice caps to melt and raise the water levels in the world.
