Playing GTA: Vice City? Playstation 2?

I just finished the stuff for phill after I finished the club malibu stuff, and theres no missions to do. I havent done anything for the strip club yet, but there arent any missions there. I finished the stuff for the film lot, the cab company, the printing factory, the bikers, ect... what do I do now? Is it neccessary to beat the checkpoint challenge at the boat yard?
