Is she implying she wants me to ask her to hangout?

"oh have fun" ???? u might as well of said "cool bye" lol when u tell someone oh have fun ur basically saying that u dont want to have anything to do with her or her plans. she either wanted u to either ask her to hangout or she was going to ask if u wanted to join, but by u saying oh have fun u basically answered that question for her... HANGOUT WITH HER!
