Atlanta tattoo artist: arabic tattoo?

I'm looking to get a tattoo of the words "roots and wings" in arabic on the back of my neck. i live in atl and want to find a tattoo artist who can write in arabic so i'm sure its not screwed up. anybody know any tatoo artists who can do it? in atl or even savannah b/c i'm moving there.
